Our products are exported to more than 40 countries, with exports accounting for nearly 60% of the company’s turnover. International breweries and the beverage industry are the biggest customers. Helkama Forste was founded in 1961 and has been part of the Helkama Companies since 1975.
Helkama expanded into international markets in 1990 with the opening of a factory in Tata, Hungary. This growth continued with the opening of a factory in Vyborg, Russia, in 1997 to meet increasing demand there. Today, we are the number-one supplier in many European markets.
